1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shop9ja, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Vendor Obligations

• • All products listed must be authentic and accurately described
• • Vendors must complete identity verification before listing
• • Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban
• • Vendors must honor all confirmed orders in a timely manner
• • Commission rates apply to all sales as per your subscription plan

4. Buyer Obligations

• • Buyers must confirm or dispute orders within 7 days of delivery
• • False dispute claims may result in account suspension
• • Buyers must provide accurate shipping information

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not: use our platform for illegal activities, list prohibited items, engage in fraud, manipulate reviews, or attempt to circumvent our payment protection system.

6. Payments & Security

All transactions are processed securely through Paystack. Funds are protected until delivery is confirmed. Platform fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shop9ja acts as a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the quality of goods sold by vendors beyond our buyer protection program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
