Shop9ja offers a 7-day exchange and replacement policy on eligible items. We do not offer refunds β only exchanges or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
What is Covered (Exchange / Replacement)
- Item received is significantly different from the product listing
- Item arrived damaged or defective (must be reported within 7 days)
- Wrong item delivered (different product, size, or colour)
- Item is missing components listed in the product description
What is NOT Covered (No Exchange / No Refund)
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size ordered β please check size guides before purchase
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original tags/packaging
- Digital products and downloadable content
How to Request an Exchange
Email support@shop9ja.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy with the product listing.
Our support team will review your request within 24β48 hours and confirm eligibility for exchange or replacement.
If approved, we will provide a return address. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement within 3β5 business days.
No Refunds Policy
Shop9ja does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Our commitment is to ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition. If you experience any issue, we will make it right through an exchange or replacement. All sales are final with respect to refunds.
