Shop9ja uses secure payment processing via Paystack. Your payment is protected until you confirm that you have received your order in good condition. This protects both buyers and vendors.
Once your vendor marks your order as shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via the courier's website (DHL, FedEx, GIG Logistics, etc.).
Yes! We have a 7-day exchange and replacement policy. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact support@shop9ja.com within 7 days with photo evidence. Note: we do not offer refunds β only exchanges or replacements.
